Ok. so i have 3 babie ducks. I used to have 4 but one died.
i am building them a winter garden which will be my herb and greens garden next spring.
i will eventually build a garden for them for next year but i wont be seeding it until the rains come.

funny shit i found the cate in the pen sleeping with the ducks today HA!
they like it outside. i gave them a house but the seemed to just be hiding in it. so i took it away and now they run around and play alot more.
They are now eating worms and crab shells [that we harvest form the ocean ]and bugs and lots of green weeds im cutting from the yard.

Now they are growing their freaking wings! This is so exciting!
they are fantastic. i cam e home in the middle of the night and went out to see all the birds. "cheeapcheaap bripbrip" they came running out of the house and started pickng at my feet! this is so cool. i cant wait till the start swimming.

they have legs wings coming in too but the photos i took dont really show anything.
So before i left i made a bigger area for them to be in. they grow so fuckin fast. hopefully thisll be good enough till theyre old enough to move to the garden.
the dogs a bit put out cos she hates jumping these fences:)
its important that they have this space to run around and stretch their legs.
so right before i left the middle ducky ate a slug. and try as i might i coulnt get it out of his mouth. so the whole time i was gone i was really kinda worried hed die and suffocate. but he seems to have recovered fully.
they are so cool! i cant wait to watch them grow more.
